Having a Leap Day on a Saturday feels like a bonus weekend. Many of our regular events are on the first, second, third or even fourth Saturday of the month. Having an extra day gives us a chance to take stock of what’s already been such a busy year and plan for the rest of the year ahead.
Already in 2020, we have helped run the Chinese New Year Festival in Birmingham, ran events with Create and Craft at Sandown and Create It Events in Farnborough, had an extremely busy event at Event City in Manchester, had a packed out regular event in Redditch and we have also launched a brand new monthly event at St Nicholas Shopping Centre in Sutton in Surrey.
Many of you know that at Bert & Gert’s we do many things, not just our events, we also provide site management and event management for other events, we provide equipment for events big and small. We can provide equipment such as gazebos for private parties, marquees for parties, weddings and corporate events. We have everything you might need from chairs & tables to dance floors and can work with our partners to provide mobile bars, food and so much more. Mark likes to say we put the Event in to eventful.
We are also extremely proud of our Little Gerties shop in Redditch and thanks to the hard-working team there, the shop is looking the best it’s ever looked, we have new stock from our partners in the shop arriving all the time. We are also in final negotiations to open our brand new shop in Sutton Coldfield, if you’d like to join us to sell your work at either shop, please get in touch.
We launched our brand new craft range at the CHSI Stitches trade show last week. We were extremely proud to be asked to curate a papercraft section at Stitches and we were joined by the fabulous people you can see in the picture on this blog. We will be loading brand new items in our online shop over the coming weeks. Please contact us for wholesale or bulk purchase enquiries.
We have so much more planned for 2020, we hope the year so far has been a happy and successful one for you. if you have any enquiries about our events, equipment hire, craft range or shops, please drop us an email to email@example.com
Happy Leap Day
